The NFF is an evidence-based, data-driven charity that gives Royal Navy and Royal Marines families a voice and representation to the Ministry of Defence (MOD), Ministers, other government departments, the Chain of Command, and civilian service providers. It offers support and guidance on matters affecting the daily lives of Naval Service families, acting as an advocate when appropriate to help resolve complex matters.

Shannon is a research psychologist with a special interest in the factors that contribute to high-quality relationships and how these can be harnessed and supported in everyday life. She completed a PhD on the role of attachment in forgiveness within romantic relationships and a postdoc on emotional adaptation to relationship breakdown.
OPO is a relationship research charity focused on early intervention. It develops digital courses, apps, and professional training programmes that empower people to learn skills that help them improve their relationships.

TR is an internationally recognised organisation specialising in relationship and couple therapy, professional training, and research. Grounded in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic thinking, TR provides specialist psychotherapeutic support to individuals and couples while shaping best practice through its training programmes and influential research.
Andrew is a highly experienced clinician and researcher who trained at leading institutions, served as Clinical Director at TR for over a decade, and has published widely on couple psychotherapy and relational wellbeing.
